Something completely different for today ;) I did some meditation from time to time, but i decided to do it more reguarly. This is a schedule for a 100 days in a row. I am on day 7, so i still have a long way to go! I'm using books & cd's for my meditations. The meditations aren't for hours and hours, ususally it's about 20/25 minutes a day. I like it very much when i come home from a busy workday! It makes my mind 'stop' (still takes practice ) and relaxes.
